The Town of East Gwillimbury will present alongside their asset management consultants to discuss how they developed risk models that have assisted them in optimizing their decision making. The presentation will detail how East Gwillimbury developed their overall risk framework and how they are currently using it to make better informed decisions at the management level. They are currently working towards implementing robust asset management practices that have contributed to their ability to leverage data and make evidence-based decisions.
