Health & Safety Protocols

We will be continuously evaluating our health protocols and making updates as medical recommendations evolve. As we do, we’ll update this page so that you will know what you can expect at ACR22.

We’re excited about getting together in February for an in-person conference bringing together board members, owners, managers and other  industry experts, and organizations. The health and safety of everyone at ACR22 are of paramount importance to us.  We will continue to monitor guidelines for health and safety measures from the World Health Organization, the federal, provincial and local public health organizations.

Please note that in order to attend ACR22 you must adhere to all rules and regulations set out federally, provincially and locally as well as those of our host venue.  The Calgary TELUS Convention Centre does participate in the Restriction Exemption Program.

Our COVID-19 policy requires that all attendees will be required provide proof of full vaccination. Please note that masking in indoor event spaces (unless eating or drinking) will also be required as laws and regulations stipulate at the time of the event.

Convention Centre Restriction Exemption Program

With the safety and health of visitors and staff as our top priority, effective Monday September 20, the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre is participating in the Restriction Exemption Program as outlined by the City of Calgary and Government of Alberta.

When attending events at CTCC, people 12 years and older will be required to present proof of vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event, or a medical exemption letter to be granted access to events at the Centre.
