A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Trevor is considered one of the preeminent leaders in the hospitality investment industry in Canada. At CFO Capital, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and arranging financing for hoteliers in Western Canada. Previously, Trevor was Senior Director of Franchising & Development for Superior Lodging, responsible for the development of the Superior Lodging hotel brands in Western Canada, and he spent seven years with PKF Consulting, involved in an array of hotel and resort valuations, asset strategy, and acquisition due diligence on behalf of owners, developers, and lenders. He has held operational roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels, and Starwood Hotels. Trevor holds a Commerce Degree from Ryerson University, a post graduate certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University, and both a Real Estate Licence and Mortgage Licence from the University of British Columbia.
