Justin Tudor, P.Eng., is President of Keller Engineering, a multi-discipline building science and building envelope consulting firm specializing in condominium restoration since 1982. With more than 20 years of experience in building science and structural engineering, he has led hundreds of reserve fund studies, building condition assessments, and technical investigations addressing issues such as odour transfer, water infiltration, cladding failures, and structural deterioration.
A long-time advocate for education and collaboration within the condominium industry, Justin has volunteered with the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) for more than a decade and is a regular educational speaker at industry conferences across Canada. He frequently contributes to the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), serving as a session speaker and CM Magazine author, and was a co-writer and developer of ACMO’s Tarion New Buildings Course, focused on Ontario’s new home warranty program administered by Tarion, the province’s consumer protection organization for newly built homes and condominiums.
