Webinar:  Email Excellence

Where does most of your work show up for you? The most common answer is email. Clients, colleagues, staff and management all connect and make requests (perhaps demands?) via email. Your inbox is at the heart of your workflow.

Workflow is all about how you manage your work – how you plan, prioritize, organize, track, report and generally get stuff done. We will explore how to take all the stuff that flows in and out of your inbox and ensure it reflects the great work you do, and offers value to your clients.

Most of us spend at least 40% of our work-day in our inbox. This mini workshop will explore ways to help you increase email efficiency and effectiveness.

Learning Outcomes

  • Tips for processing email and tracking tasks so that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech tips for speed and ease of email management – Outlook Quick parts or Gmail Canned Responses, and many more time savers
  • Realize that every email you send is an opportunity to reflect your professionalism and brand.
